craniosacral

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that aims to enhance the body's natural healing abilities. It involves light touch to manipulate the skull, spine, and pelvis, releasing tension and promoting balance in the craniosacral system, which includes the brain and spinal cord. This therapy is believed to alleviate a range of conditions, from headaches and stress to chronic pain and emotional issues.

DEEP TISSUE

Deep tissue massage gradually applies firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deep muscle/fascial layers, relieving chronic tension and pain. This technique breaks up adhesions, enhances blood flow, and promotes healing, offering significant relief for tight muscles and injuries. While this modality can cause discomfort, it should NOT be outright painful.

pre-natal

Prenatal massage is a specialized form of massage therapy tailored to the needs of pregnant women. It focuses on addressing the discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as lower back pain, swelling, and stress. Using gentle techniques and supportive positioning, prenatal massage promotes relaxation and helps alleviate pregnancy-related discomfort, improving overall well-being for both the mother and the baby.
